Michael Pang
Co-Chief Investment Officer
Michael is Co-Chief Investment Officer for Tetragon Credit Partners. He joined the group in 2005 and prior to that was an Assistant Vice President at Wall Street Analytics Inc., where he oversaw software design development and managed a team of financial analysts providing valuation services to investors, issuers and managers of corporate debt, trust preferred, mortgage, and student loan securitizations. Michael holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale College and is a CFA charter holder. He is based in New York.

Dagmara Michalczuk
Co-Chief Investment Officer
Dagmara is Co-Chief Investment Officer for Tetragon Credit Partners. She joined the group in early 2007 and prior to that was an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products Group working on the structuring desks in New York and London. At Morgan Stanley, she was involved in the structuring and execution of CDO and CLO transactions across multiple underlying asset classes and structural types. Dagmara holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is based in New York.

Christian Klar
Senior Investment Analyst
Christian joined the group in 2016. Previously, he was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products Group working on the structuring desk in New York. At Morgan Stanley, he was involved in the structuring and execution of CLO transactions across multiple underlying asset classes and structural types. Prior to that he worked on Morgan Stanley’s Market Risk management team covering the relationship/event lending portfolio. Christian received a BS in Computer Science from ETH Zurich and a M.Eng. in Operations Research from Cornell University. He is based in New York.

Cory Milsap
Quantitative Analyst
Cory Milsap joined Tetragon Credit Partners in 2024 as a Quantitative Analyst. Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Strategist in Private Asset Management at Goldman Sachs (Real Estate Desk), specializing in data-driven investing, portfolio monitoring, and large language models. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama. Cory is based in New York.
